Ingredients

100g cooked prawns, roughly chopped

2 tbsp. natural yogurt (80g)

½ tsp paprika

1/2 avocado, peeled, destoned and sliced (70g)

Small bunch chives, finely sliced (3g)

2 Original Rye Crispbread

Method

  1. 1. Combine the prawns, yogurt, paprika and some seasoning in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Top the rye crispbread with the prawn mixture followed by the sliced avocado and chives.
